School will be closed on Monday 4th July 2022 (Platinum Jubilee Bank Holiday for our Partnership of Schools) Reception and Year 5.6 will be swimming every Tuesday this half term. The whole school will be attending their Sports Day at the Wentworth in Hexham in the afternoon of Tuesday 28th June.

Henshaw Church of England Primary School follows the religious Education Syllabus for Church Schools written in consultation with Blackburn Diocesan Board of Education. The syllabus allows children to see that we are on a quest to discover more about ourselves, others, the world and God.
